What is a public place ?
A
A place that at any material time
Is open or being used by the public
Whether free or payment of charge
And whether any owner or occupier is lawfully entitled to eject a person form that pace
This includes: aircraft’s,hovercrafts, ship, ferry, other vessel, train, vehicle
That is carrying or is available to carry passengers for reward
This includes the interior of that vehicle which is in a public place.
