6 days notice
- exceptions for funerals and traditional processions

Normal notice is 6 days but a procession can take place at short notice if as much notice as possible is given

Conditions can be imposed to reduce risks - conditions on numbers and duration
- can impose conditions to prevent serious disorder

But it is not possible to prohibit assemblies
