Change that occurs in subjects due to the exception of treatment effect
Qualifiers
Restriction or limitations placed on the conclusions
Circum diclate conclusions stated
Inductive argument from analogy
Because something true of A, it must also be B

- Dissimilarities: not undermine the purpose of the analogy
Generalization from a sample
If it is true of the sample it’s likely true of the whole group
Reasoning to an explanation
