Types of Hip Fractures and explain location (5)
- Differentiate two of them on X-ray
- Capital
- Subcapital = just below the head
- Transcervical = at neck
- Intertrochanteric
- Subtrochanteric

If dislocate shoulder which nerve likely damaged? What does this nerve supply?
Anterior dislocation 90% of the time
(Posterior dislocation is a light bulb sign)

Supplies the deltoid, teres minor and triceps
Scaphoid or distal radius fracture?
Both FOOSH
But scaphoid fractures in younger
And distal radius in older
Fist punch most likely injury?
5th metacarpal
Upper limb Palsies which three nerves?
Radial
Ulnar
And median - on the palmar aspect ie carpal tunnel syndrome
