Therapy that looks into the way you think about things, particularly the way you look at yourself and other people, and how that thinking affects the way we think and behave - we know that the 3 interlink (draw a diagram) link it to an example

In CBT, it is thought that we have automatic negative thoughts about particular scenarios, and you will look into this with the therapist to identify more adaptive and positive alternatives to deal with these thoughts
