- Sensory or the enjoyment from the feeling of physical activity
- To increase health & fitness
children motivation to quit usually comes from
- Lack of fun
- Too much pressure
- Overemphasis on winning
- Dislike the coach
- Too much time required
- Lack of playing time
- Lack of progress
- Lack of success
what it emotions importance
- Emotion reinforces our perception associated with success and failures in participating in physical activity
- Can be motivator (pleasurable succeeding) or deterrent (stressful/fearful of failure)
- Strongly contributes in forming our self-esteem
- Neuropsychomotor reward system of mesocorticolimbic system
