Fluids (drink too much…congestive heart failure, hypertension, pulmonary edema, shortened survival).
Phosphate biding medications and reduce phosphorus rich foods.
Between 30-60% do not adhere to diet, fluid intake and medication regimens. Fluid is hardest to get good adherence.
