cerebrovascular disease, neoplasm, huntington, alzhiemer, parkinson, temporal lobe epilepsy, encephalitis, MS.

hypo/hypercalcemia, hypo/hyperthyroid, hypopituatirism, cushing/addison

niacin, folate, B12 dificiency

SLE, temporal arteritis, porphyrias
