Side-effects of clozapine

A
  • Common: sedation, hypersalivation, dizziness, weight gain, constipation
  • Uncommon: Muscle stiffness or tremor, flu-like symptoms, diabetes, tachycardia
  • Rare but serious: Agranulocytosis, seizures, myocarditis, arrhythmias.

  • Common: Tremor, GI upset, polyuria, metallic taste, polydipsia.
  • Uncommon: weight gain, hypothyroidism
  • Rare but serious: Kidney problems, skin rash
