Side-effects of clozapine

A

Common: sedation, hypersalivation, dizziness, weight gain, constipation
Uncommon: Muscle stiffness or tremor, flu-like symptoms, diabetes, tachycardia
Rare but serious: Agranulocytosis, seizures, myocarditis, arrhythmias.

Uncommon: weight gain, hypothyroidism
