- Goiter
2. Transient neonatal neuromuscular dysfunction
Clinical manifestation:
premenstrual syndrome (PMS)
- mood swings
- irritability
- fatigue
- bloating
- breast tenderness
How might you confirm the diagnosis of PMS?
menstrual diary
When is the onset and resolution of symptoms in premenstrual syndrome (PMS)?
onset= 1-2 weeks prior to menses resolution= with onset of menstrual flow
How can PMS be differentiated from normal menstruation?
You can differentiate between PMS and normal menstrual flow by observing the degree of distress and impaired functioning.
