Marked impulsivity and 5 of: avoid real or imagined abandonment, unstable and intense relationships (alternates between idealization and devaluation), identity disturbance. Impulsive, recurrent suicidal behavior, affective instability, feelings of emptiness, inappropriate anger, stress related paranoid ideation.

Excessive emotionality and attention seeking. Uncomfortable when not the center of attention, seductive/provocative, shallow expression of emotions, uses appearance to draw attention, exaggerated emotion, considers relationships to be more intimate than they actually are.

Pervasive grandiosity, need for admiration and lack of empathy. Self-important, preoccupied with unlimited success, believes they are special or unique. Requires excessive admiration, sense of entitlement, envious, arrogant.
