How do you care for your body?
- Eat good food to help you grow healthy and strong
- Get enough sleep every night

What is the constitution?
The book of laws for each country.
What is the Bill of Rights?
The part of the constitution that contains the rights and responsibilities.
What are rights?
Something that the law allows people to do.
What is maltreatment?
Cruelty, mistreatment or harm.
What are the benefits of group work?
- learn more about other people
- finish work quickly
- get more ideas
- split the tasks with other people

- make new friends
- ask questions
- see what to do
What is conflict?
A disagreement between people having different ideas for beliefs.
What are the 9 steps to resolving conflict?
- Stop and cool down.
- Describe the problem.
- Use I statements
- Tell the other person what happened
- Tell the other person how you feel
- Brainstorm solutions
- Choose a solution in both parties’ bets interests
- Make a plan for action
- Agree to the plan and shake hands
What is empathy?
To understand how others feel by placing yourself in their situation.

Feeling alone and that nobody cares
Depressed?
Feeling sad, blue, discouraged and unhappy

Feeling tense, tired and uneasy
