RA (more symmetrical, less likely to have nail changes, RhF and CCP neg, family/personal history of psoriasis less likely, dactylitis less likely)
OA
Ank Spond, reactive arthritis, IBD related arthropathy
Sarcoidosis and gout if oligoartheopathy
Above and gout if dactylitis

HLA-B27 positive often
