A

The Sprint Backlog changes by working through the plan. Items can be brought into the SB, learning can modify the remaining SB and obsolete items can be removed.
This can only be done by the Scrum Team.

A

The Increment is the sum of all the Product Backlog items completed during a Sprint and the value of the increments of all previous Sprints.
It is a body of done work, is in usable state and provides a step toward a vision or goal.

A

It the Scrum Teams definition of when items are “Done”, i.e. in a usable or potentially shippable condition.
The definition of done can be extended with a maturing team which can lead to additional work on the existing Increment.
