Q

PSALM 146:4

A

As genuine students of the Bible, we eagerly want to expose the lies taught by Christendom. For that reason, the scriptures are a vital source of enlightenment.

For example, Psalm 146:4 informs us of what happens to a man who dies: “His spirit goes out, he returns to the ground; on that very day his thoughts perish.” Could it be anymore clear?!! It reminded me of Genesis 3:19 - “For dust you are and to dust you will return.” Can we confidently conclude that death, therefore, is a state of nonexistence since the spirit departs from the human body along with its consciousness? Well what is the spirit? Could it be the life fore? Absolutely! It is the breath of the human, or the very spark of life which was originated with our Creator himself. This is further explained in Job 33:4 - “God’s own spirit made me, And the Almighty’s own breath brought me to life.” When the life force stops nourishing the body, the soul, or the human being simply dies.

Psalms 16:7

“I will praise Jehovah, who has given me advice.Even during the night, my innermost thoughts correct me.”

…He meditated on God’s thoughts, making them his own and allowing them to mold him.
