COCP/HRT (stopped 4w before)
K-sparing diuretics/diuretics (stop day of)
Warfarin (stop 5 days before)
Oral hypoglycaemics (metformin stop day of, others stop 24h before)
Perindopril (ie ACEi, stop day of)
