Anaemia, diarrhoea, GI sx, skin reaction, throat ulcer
Necrotising demyelinating leukoencephalopathy
Neurotoxicity

Give folic acid to reduce side effects

Monitor:
FBC, U+E, LFTs 1-2 weekl until established,2-3m post
Report signs infection, sore throat
Tx folinic acid in acute toxicity
