Rear Lunge; hands on hip and feet spread apart
What is the third prep drill and starting position
High Jumper; legs bent slightly and hands in near sides facing behind
What is the fourth prep drill and starting position
Rower; laying on back on the ground with arms pointed backwards
What is the fifth prep drill and starting position
Squat bender; hands on hip and legs apart
What is the sixth prep drill and starting position
Windmill; body in a T position
What is the seventh prep drill and starting position
Forward lunge; hands on hip and legs spread apart
What is the eighth prep drill and starting position
Prone row; laying down with arms facing forward
What is the ninth prep drill and starting position
Bent leg body twist; laying on back with hands in t position and legs bent
What is the tenth prep drill and starting positions
Push up; front leaning rest
