Different team members working together towards a common goal

Information a client gives you/what they tell you

What you observe, see, hear, smell, feel/touch
Development
Natural progression of things you should do in a orderly manner
Expressive aphasia
The client knows what they want to say but is unable to say or write what they mean
Receptive aphasia
The client hears what you are saying but does not understand what you are saying
Rehabilitation
Getting the client back to the highest level of function after a stroke, injury or illness
