Adenosine
Class: Antidysrhythmic
Indication: Conversion of PSVT and most forms of narrow-complex SVT
Contraindications: 2nd, 3rd degree blocks and sick sinus syndrome w/o a pacemaker. Asthma or COPD. Drug induced tachycardia
Supplied-in: 2 and 5ml flip top vials in 3mg:1ml
Dosage: 6mg rapid IV bolus
Activated Charcoal
Class: Adsorbent
Indications: Most oral poisonings and medication overdose
Contraindications: ALOC, ABD PX, GI obstruction
Side-effect: Fatal form of pneumonitis if aspirated, black stools
Supplied in: 25g-50g black powder
Dosage: 1-2g/kg

Class: Sympathomimetic, Bronchodilator
Indications: TX bronchospasm (asthma,COPD)
Contraindications: Allergies, ⬆️ HR, dysrhythmia

Indications: Onset of CX PX suggestive of Acute MI

Indications: Hemodynamically unstable bradycardia, Organophosphate poisoning, nerve agents, RSI in peds, beta blocker or calcium channel blocker od

Class: Electrolyte (Anion)
Indications: Hypocalcemia, Hyperkalemia, Hypermagnesemia, beta blocker and calcium channel toxicity
Contraindications: Hypercalcemia, V-Fib

Diazepam (Valium)
Class: Benzodiazepine, Sedative, Anticonvulsant, Sch IV drug
Indications: Acute Anxiety, Alcohol Withdrawals, Seizure Activity, Sedation
Contraindications: Allergy, Coma, Head Injuries, Respiratory Insufficency

Diphenhydramine (Benadryl)
Class: Antihistamine, Anticholinergic
Indications: Allergic Reaction, relief for Dystonic Reaction from Phenothiazine.
