Syndrome of pelvic/perineal pain +/- urinary & sexual dysfunction in men.

Bacterial aetiology is controversial BUT 6 weeks ciprofloxacin is sometimes tried

Sometimes referred to as CPPS (Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome)
