Paraprostatic cysts are often pedunculated and while attached to the prostate, the actual cysts itself will hang down lower and appear cranial to the urinary bladder.

Is this a viable fetus?
A
No - you can see the spalding sign of the skull where bones are overlapping and compressing and also the mineralization of the entire fetus is light and patchy indicated resoprtion.
