Prophet
Someone who proclaims the will of God
Priest
A person who has the authority to lead or perform religious ceremonies.
King
An anointed person who has authority or power. Also a ruler of a country.
messianic
Something that refers to the arrival of Christ, the messiah
Advent
The first season in the liturgical year. The birth of Jesus and the coming of Christ.
Amos
An early Hebrew prophet who called people back to God.
Elijah
Old Testament prophet who foretells the coming of the Messiah.
John the baptist
A prophet who prepared the way for Jesus. Also a cousin of Jesus.
Prophecy
A message from God or prediction of something that will happens in the future.
Call
God invites the prophet to be his messenger on earth.
Message
The prophet delivers Gods message to people.
Fulfilment
The prophecy is accomplished/come true.
Hypocrisy
The practise of pretending to hold principles that one does not live by.
Culture
The ideas,customs and behaviour of a group of people.
Nativity
The birth of Jesus Christ
