Yes if they know property is stolen and assists in its transportation or disposition

Use or possession of forged instruments

Without permission of person and with intent to defraud obtains PII or financial info not available to general public for pecuniary gain or to avoid arrest/prosecution

Destroy property not their own/deface public building/carry away property therein
or
injury any trees/fences/herbage on public property
Bad Check Law
Writing/delivering check
with intent to defraud
upon a bank/depository
knowing maker/drawer has insufficient funds
When is bad check law violation a felony?
Check for $1000 or more
What is prima facie evidence of bad check violation?
Issuance is prima facie evidence of intent to defraud unless recipient paid full amount plus interest within 5 days
