What is C.O.P.E.?
C = CONSTRUCTION (What is the construction type?
O = OCCUPANCY (Who is inside? And what is the building being used for?)
P = PROTECTION (How far is the nearest fire department and are they paid vs volunteer? Distance to nearest fire hydrant?)
E = EXPOSURE (Any potential exposure from neighboring properties?…A neighboring office is fine, but a fireworks manufacturer is not ideal.)
