To ensure that the views of the Nazis were put across in the most persuasive manner possible.

This controlled everything from Films, Olympics, Press and Radio.

Festivals such as national holidays such as Hitlers Birthday being a public holiday. Failure to support this would result in the visit from the Gestapo.
