use consistent hand placement, apply slight headward pressure to remove “slack” in show, flatten foot so as to neutralize any inversion/eversion, visualize the deficient side while maintaining slight headward pressure, record findings…
what do you have to be cautious of when performing prone leg check?
torsion of the tibia/femur (DO NOT DO THIS!)
