We have God’s favor dispite our sin
Romans 5:6-10
But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
We have daily forgiveness of sins
1 John 1:9
“If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” —1 John 1:9
God will be with us
Deuteronomy 31:8
“The Lord is the one who goes ahead of you; He will be with you. He will not fail you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed.” —Deuteronomy 31:8
God will help us
John 14:16
“I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may be with you forever.” —John 14:16
God will give us strength
Isaiah 41:10
“Do not fear, for I am with you; do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.” —Isaiah 41:10
God will provide for our daily needs
Matthew 6:25-32
Do not worry then, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ or ‘What will we drink?’ or ‘What will we wear for clothing?’ For the Gentiles eagerly seek all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things.” —Matthew 6:25-32
God will answer our prayers

The Lord will bless the righteous
Psalm 84:11

God will help us bear our burdens
Psalm 68:19
“Blessed be the Lord, who daily bears our burden, the God who is our salvation.” —Psalm 68:19
God will comfort us in our distress
2 Corinthians 1:3-4

God will help us escape temptation

“No temptation has overtaken you but such as is common to man; and God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will provide the way of escape also, so that you will be able to endure it.” —1 Corinthians 10:13
God will give wisdom to those who ask
James 1:5
“If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all generously and without reproach, and it will be given to him.”—James 1:5
God will give us rest
Matthew 11:28-29
“Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.” —Matthew 11:28-29
Peace in the face of hardship
Philippians 4:6-7
“Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” —Philippians 4:6-7
The righteous will flourish
Psalm 92:12-15
“The righteous man will flourish like the palm tree, he will grow like a cedar in Lebanon. Planted in the house of the Lord, they will flourish in the courts of our God. They will still yield fruit in old age; they shall be full of sap and very green, to declare that the Lord is upright; He is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in Him.” —Psalm 92:12-15
