Project definition phase
comes from the defined spaces of the project definition phase.
Schematic design phase
upon approval of the client (input and revision). Probably construction cost. Detailed version of what the client wants. Almost last part. Almost perfect idea. Finalize the drawing and documents.
Design development phase
complete documents: architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and sanitary, electronics and communication. Architect service is almost complete (90%)
Contract document phase
bidding: for big project delivery. Negotiation: if they have their own contractor.
