Resource Enterprise Environmental Factors
Technology and resources - documentation of skills/abilities of internal and pre-approved external resources available through approved agreements
EEF
resource management system, procurement system, and a quality management system. EEFs are typically used in planning and as work is carried out (executing, and monitoring and controlling)
Assumption Log
repository of both assumptions and constraints. Starts when charter is developed. Identified at high level in business case and charter. Usually a input with a assumption log updates as output.
Assumptions
What management and stakeholders believe to be true (expectations-not based on fact). Incorrect assumptions produce risks for the project.
Constraints
Easier to identify and imposed by mgmt or sponsor. Limit options during planning and beyond. Include schedule, cost, risk, scope, quality, resources, customer satisfaction and any factors which limit options.
Change requests
requests that impact the approved parts of the plan must go through integrated change control
Work performance data
includes the initial measurements and details about activities gathered during the Direct and Manage Project Work process in executing
Work performance information
organised into work performance reports, which are distributed to the various stakeholders who need to receive and possibly act on the information

Data gathering, Data analysis, Data Representation, Decision Making, Communication, Interpersonal and Team Skills, Estimating, Project Management Information System (PMIS), Expert Judgement, Meetings
PMIS
Includes automated tools ; scheduling software, configuration management system, shared work spaces for file storage or distribution, work authorization software, time-tracking software, procurement management software, and repositories for historical information
