- Two main benefits is that I wouldn’t have to directly manage the people and they would only get paid unless the project task was completed to my specification and also the required standards I set.
Tell me about a project you were involved in where the client was dissatisfied. What did you do to resolve the situation?
- The Project Coordinator at the time kept agreeing to changes requested by the client part way through the project.
- We had agreed to too many changes without negotiating an increased project budget or timescales.
- I expressed my concerns to the project manager and suggested we ask the client more time & additional funds.
The client agreed and I learned that I should never agree to project alterations unless I was 100% confident I could deliver my promises.
