TORA (take off run available), TODA (take off distance available). TODA is the distance available to the first 50ft obstacle, and includes any clearway. TORA is the available distance where your wheels can be in contact with the ground

The area is reserved for glider take-off and landing
What does the term “flooded” mean with regards to rwy condition reporting?
Extensive patches of standing water are visible

It’s the centreline and the centreline of the a/c nose should be over it all the time
What’s the meaning of a flashing white light signalled from the ground to an a/c in flight?
Land here and proceed to apron after clearances have been given
