Can you describe your experience developing and implementing a digital management information tool for WINEP Wastewater? How did you determine what data to track and how to present it to the client?

A

Focused on what the client currently had extensive systems for and not replacing those. Look at commercial aspects (Ces, EWNs) as the client did not have systems.
Added a tool to manage programmes - increased collaboration and informed other parts of the dashboard.
