Cockpit Crew Member Incapacitated
A
- Flight Attendant- Contact
- They must come to the Cockpit immediately
- Lock the shoulder harness of the ICM
- Slide seat fully aft
- Recline Seat
at least 2 FA’s may attempt to remove the ICM.
- If it can’t be done safely, 1 FA must stay to care for the ICM
- Request Medical assistance from Cabin
- See if a company pilot is on board to replace the ICM

One Engine Inop (Obstacle Strategy)
A
In Cruise: DO NOT DECELERATE BELOW GREEN DOT 1. Set MCT 2. A/THR OFF 3. HDG: SET AND PULL AS APPROPRIATE 4. DETERMINE DRIFT DOWN CEILING (PERF-CRZ PG) 5. ATC NOTIFY
Descending:
- SPD: SET GREEN DOT AND PULL
- SET DRIFT DOWN ALT ON FCU AND PULL
Clear of Obstacles:
8. RETURN TO STANDARD STRATEGY

OEI (Standard Strategy)
A
In Cruise: DO NOT DECELERATE BELOW GREEN DOT 1. Set MCT 2. A/THR OFF 3. HDG: SET AND PULL AS APPROPRIATE 4. DETERMINE EO LRC CEILING (PROG-REC MAX EO) 5. ATC NOTIFY
Descending:
- SPD: SET M .78 / 300 KTS AND PULL
- SET EO LRC ALT ON FCU AND PULL
When V/S becomes < 500 fpm:
- SET V/S -500 FPM AND PULL
- A/THR ON
Reaching EO LRC ALT:
10. SPD ON FCU- MANAGE

STALL RECOVERY
A
At first indication of a stall
1. NOSE DOWN PITCH CONTROL- APPLY
2. BANK- WINGS LEVEL When out of STALL -THRUST- INCREASE SMOOTHLY AS NEEDED -SPEEDBRAKES- CHECK RETRACTED -FLIGHT PATH- RECOVER SMOOTHLY
If in a clean config below 20,000 ft:
-FLAP 1- SELECT

STALL WARNING AT LIFT-OFF
A
- THRUST- TOGA
- PITCH ATTITUDE- 15 DEG
- BANK- WINGS LEVEL
When a safe flight path and speed are achieved and maintained, if stall warning continues, consider it spurious.
