It’s purpose is to protect the environment, covers what businesses do with their e&e devices when they come to the end of their working life, devices must be disposed of legally, through registered recyclers
Describe the health and safety at work act
h&s procedures are put in place to prevent staff from being harmed or becoming ill due to work, employers have a duty of care to protect their staff
