offensive display of superiority and self importance. Denotes haughtiness, vanity, insolence, and disdain
Reduces physicians ability to act as a participant of a team approach, makes empathy for patients difficult, and removes the beneficial role of self doubt

inappropriate aspiration of fame, power or money. No room for understanding or compassion and altruism and integrity are significantly compromised
Misrepresentation
consists of lying and fraud (in both medical practice and in research)
