• Does not imply that she is disinterested;
• Takes steps to clear up misunderstandings about her role of which she is or should be aware; and
• does not purport to give advice other than to get an attorney.

Has a lawyer engaged in improper solicitation?

VA does not prohibit in person, or rel-time electronic solicitation unlesss the recipient indicated that thy do not want to be solicited or solicitation involves coercion, duress, harassment, undue influence or unwarranted promise or benefits.
