When an individual has personal interests that may improperly influence their professional judgement.

When an individual fails to meet the expected standard of professional conduct to protect first, second, or third party interests.
Moonlighting
Holding a second position by employment or contract that undermines your main job.

When you provided a professional opinion in the past that differs from something you are saying now
Self Dealing
Using an employment position to acquire work for an outside firm that you have interest in.
Selling Influence
Using your influence to advance the position or interests of a particular party or group.
