Building laws and policies
It is a proposed law that is introduced in the House of Representatives.
It can be authored by individual representatives, committees, or the Speaker of the House
HB or House Bill
It a type of decree issued by the President of the Philippines, with the force of law. PDs are often used
to create new laws or amend existing ones, and they are generally used in cases of urgency or emergency.
PD or Presidential Decree
It is a law that has been passed by both the House of Representatives and the Senate, and has been signed into law by the President of the Philippines. These are the highest form of legal
instrument in the Philippines and are binding on all citizens.
RA or Republic Act
It is a type of law passed by the BLANK, the former unicameral legislature of the Philippines. BLANK were enacted between 1978 and 1986, during the time of the Marcos regime, and they generally deal with issues related to governance and
administration.
BP or Batas Pambansa
It is an order issued by the President of the Philippines that has the force of law. EOs are often used to implement policies or programs, or to provide guidance on specific issues.
EO or Executive Order
It is the action of revoking or annulling a law or congressional act.

It is to change or modify for the better
Amend
It is a set of rules and guidelines that are developed to provide detailed and specific guidance on how to implement and enforce a law or regulation.
Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRRs)
The official national organization of all architects of the Philippines in which all registered Filipino Architects shall be members without prejudice to membership in other voluntary professional associations.
