So we sell to two types of customers. Weekly priced customers, which means when the price of an item goes up, then the customers price goes up, when the item goes down, the customers price goes down. The second type of customers are monthly priced based customers. We capture the price and hold it for 30 days and the customer pays the same price regardless if it goes up or down. Except there are always exceptions. Commodity items are the exception for monthly cost customers. If a monthly priced customer buys a commodity item they get priced weekly.

DNA paperwork for the seafood we bring in, tells us the species. So if we buyer grouper the vendor has to prove that it’s grouper. This is a legally binding document that allows for research should the need arise.
