Purchase Agreement
Locks in your pricing. Earnest Money requirements are $500 at the time of contract for a build and $1,000 at time of contract for a quick move in home.
$500 more if using Silverton Mortgage by Colors Meeting if building
$4,500 more if using non-preferred lender by Colors Meeting if building
Design Center Appointment
Your appointment is scheduled upon receipt of
Loan Approval Letter
Complete Electrical Diagram
All Custom Option Request Approval or Denials
All Earnest Money
Release to Production
A target month is set, blueprints are complete, and we order a plot plan for your home site.
Pre Construction Meeting
Meet your superintendent, review blueprints, learn more about the build process.
Site Work Begins
We break ground on your home and prepare the foundation for framing
Pre Drywall Meeting
Prior to drywall, your construction superintendent will guide you through the home using the blueprints. This is also another opportunity for you to ask questions about the construction of your new home
New Home Orientation
“Test Drive” your house - learn your new home a week or two before closing
