Purchase Agreement

A

Locks in your pricing. Earnest Money requirements are $500 at the time of contract for a build and $1,000 at time of contract for a quick move in home.
$500 more if using Silverton Mortgage by Colors Meeting if building
$4,500 more if using non-preferred lender by Colors Meeting if building
