If more thrust is needed (up to full rated thrust) when THR HLD mode is displayed, the thrust levers must be manually advanced. When the airplane is below 800ft RA, full GA N1 can be determined by pushing a TO/GA switch a second time. This will set the reference N1 bugs for full GA thrust.
When the airplane is above 800ft RA, pushing a TO/GA switch advances the thrust levers to full GA thrust.
