place needle within sphenopalatine fossa, lateral flouroscopy
then AP approach, lateral mandibular, find foramen ovale
stimulate with find V2 or V2 (V1 injections can result in herpes zoster)

sphenopalatine ganglion within pterygopalantine fossa

Answer 4

sympathetics, so block for cluster headache

paravertebral nerve block, median branch injection

aim for transverse, then walk off
rhizolysis x3 at different locations
