Order of Hearings

  1. Initial Hearing- bail & (if either way offence) & Allocation
  2. Matter then listed for PTPH- usually 28 days after the case sent. Counts are read and D asked about his plea (“arraingnment”).
  3. Certificate of Readiness needs to be submitted prior to trial.
