List of problems that the patient presents with and what ‘matters’ to the patient
Subjective and objective should identify the problems
May not be arranged in priority order
Resolved - problems no longer exist
Managed - problems still present but strategies are in place to manage the proble
Inactive - problems still exist but currently not an issue but could return or flare up

Hypoxia/ reduced sats
