o 16-bit least capable. Few people use.

What happens when your session is created
Pro-tools creates a file structure of your entire session on your hard drive.
o Save your session on a different drive from your hard drive.
o You can send the entire file to someone else.
o (Need to use save copy command)
What are the folders created in a new session
- Filename.ptx: The name of the Pro-Tools session
- Audio files: Your imported files
- Bounced Files: The final mixes that you are going to deliver.
- Clip groups: the ability to put together several files and have the operate as one.
- Session File Backups: Automatically created (does a save-as every 5 minutes0
- Video Files: Default location of video files.
- WaveCache.wfm: remembers the wave forms of every session. Do not touch.
