Define nuisance

Who can claim?
Occupier of the land
Objective test
Looking at whether a sensible sober person would consider D’s activities excessive.

If someone is involved in the ordinary use of their property then there can be no claim for nuisance.
Remedy
Injunction - prevents the interference of D’s activities
