What is required to establish prima facie case for invasion of privacy where private facts about P are publicly disclosed?
A
P must show (a) private information about P was published and (b) public disclosure would be highly offensive to a reasonable person
NO liability for publication of matters happening in public place
* “Public place”: includes property owned by public authorities and all areas open to public, including entrance to a business
