What does individual needs mean?

A

Individual needs is taking into consideration the needs of people and how they can train to improve their strength/fitness. If you were to follow somebody else’s training programme, then it might not benefit you body as much.

What is Progressive overload?

A

Progressive overload is gradually increasing the amount of overload to improve fitness.
Overload does not mean drastically change your training programme as you can get injured if you do too much.
